For Women
- Hormonal Profile: Blood tests to evaluate key fertility hormones such as FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, and Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels.
- Pelvic Ultrasound: To assess the condition of the ovaries, uterus, and other reproductive organs.
- Hysteroscopy: A procedure to visually inspect the uterus, which we perform routinely for all female patients.
- Hysterosalpingography (HSG): Only performed when specifically indicated, this specialized X-ray checks if the fallopian tubes are open and examines the uterine cavity.
- Ovarian Reserve Testing: To evaluate the number of eggs remaining in the ovaries.
- Genetic Screening (if needed): To rule out any genetic causes of infertility, particularly for women with suspected genetic disorders, premature ovarian failure, or those undergoing in vitro fertilization and egg donation.
Endometrial Biopsy for ERA: Performed only in selected cases to assess endometrial receptivity, this test helps optimize the timing of embryo transfer for improved success rates.
For Men
- Semen Analysis: A basic and crucial test to evaluate sperm count, motility, and morphology.
- Hormonal Profile: Blood tests to check levels of testosterone and other hormones affecting sperm production.
- Genetic Testing (if necessary): Especially for cases of oligozoospermia or azoospermia, or when the male partner will be the genetic parent in egg donation cases. Genetic testing helps identify any chromosomal abnormalities.
- Testicular Ultrasound: To evaluate for any structural issues or blockages in the reproductive tract.
Step 3:
Prompt and Personalized Therapeutic Plan
Once the evaluation is complete, which at FERTILITE typically takes no more than 15 days, our medical team works together to create a personalized therapeutic plan based on the results. We ensure that the treatment plan is practical, effective, and tailored to your unique fertility needs.
Treatments may include:
